Volvo Continues to Pioneer Autonomous Technology

Volvo Group, along with the help of Swedish waste management company Renova, is testing autonomous technology with refuse trucks. This has the potential to be used across all urban environments and the project is exploring how automation can contribute to enhanced traffic safety, improved working conditions and lower environment impact.

Volvo Introduces International Student Program

A new initiative from Volvo called the International Student Program was announced last week. The program aims to make a life (and transportation) a little easier for foreign students by offering a Volvo with paid insurance and maintenance for a flat fee.


Sounds amazing right?? This program is available to almost all students studying in America, with the exception of a few countries. No U.S. credit history is needed, the only requirements to qualify include a valid passport, a valid student visa, an international driver’s license, and proof of college enrollment.
