Scandinavian design and rugged craftsmanship create a powerful driving experience in the 2018 V90 Cross Country. With its ability to combine style and practicality, this beloved wagon is built to take you wherever the adventure leads.

New for 2018, the V90 Cross Country is available in the base T5 trim along with a Plus package. Additionally, a new Denim Blue exterior and Maroon Brown interior are also options.  With seating for five, the standard leather upholstery is just the beginning of the luxurious appeal. The cabin also features real wood trim, as well as leather and metal accents. The Cross Country comes with added ride height compared to the standard V90.

Consumers are also sure to love the technology features. Bluetooth, USB ports, navigation, satellite radio, and a Sensus infotainment system are all standard. It also comes with a 12.3-inch digital driver-information display which serves as a virtual cockpit. Drivers can connect their smartphone to the system and stay entertained while navigating the road ahead.

The standard powertrain in the 2018 V90 lineup is the base T5, a turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 250 horsepower. A T6 is available, as is all-wheel drive. The Cross Country, however, is available exclusively with all-wheel drive. Automated emergency braking and driver assistance are also standard. According to the EPA, it achieves 22 miles per gallon in the city and 30 on the highway.

Although the V90 Cross Country has not undergone federal crash testing yet, Volvo is an industry leader when it comes to including advanced safety and driver assistance features. Standard equipment in the 2018 V90 include: a rearview camera, rear parking sensors, lane departure warning, lane keep assist, blind spot monitoring, and forward collision warning, among a variety of others. The standard driver assistance uses these features to transform the V90 in a nearly self-driving vehicle under specific conditions. The V90 can match its speed to the surrounding traffic and stay in its lane, turn, brake, and accelerate on its own at appropriate times.
